Just about finished cutting all the wood today. We started by clamping our two sides together and sanding down the edges so they match exactly:
Once this process was complete we were able to make measurements for all the inside pieces. Inside the cabinet is exactly 30" wide (restricted by our TV), so we just cut a long 30" piece of our last 8x4' MDF board and cut it at various points for the base of the cabinet, front, etc. Missed a few but we should be able to do a large part of the construction now.
Also, the first shipment of controls arrived! Two Ultra 360 joysticks from Ultimarc, the marquee backlight, and a bunch of wiring.
